Cleaning and assembly of PowderProduction Equipment. Communicate and collaborate with the QualityControl Lab. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Accurately follow batchticket instructions to make specific product. Assemble accuratemeasurements of materials through use of scales and gather otherequipment and ingredients as needed to make specific product. Followsetup guidelines to utilize best starting points for production runs.Complete proper documentation (such as batch tickets) correctly andaccurately. Accurately enter data into ERP system. Clean up and safelystore equipment used. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.Communicate with QC, Supervisors, Team Leads, and other PowderAssociates to attain and share critical information. Comply with allquality, safety, and work rules and regulations. As part of thehousekeeping procedures, the employee may be involved with the disposalof hazardous waste. The initial training of how to properly dispose ofhazardous waste will be performed by the Environmental and SafetyCoordinator or the department supervisor. Annual training of the samewill be performed by the Environmental and Safety Coordinator. Performother miscellaneous duties as assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor orManager.
