　　The Poultry Operations Intern will work in a variety of poultryproduction and live operations positions to become familiar with thevarious parts of the production process. They will also gain exposure tooperation support departments such as Accounting, Safety, QualityAssurance, and Human Resources, etc.

　　Our interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovativeideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talentneeds of our business, Interns may have the opportunity to becomefull-time Tyson Team Members.

　　This position is slated for candidates who are currently local to thisarea. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first.If local candidates are not selected, candidates from other areas willthen be reviewed for consideration.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degreeprogram at an accredited university. Students seeking a degree inpoultry operations or other agriculture related field are preferred.

　　Experience: Previous work experience of any kind is preferred.

　　Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

　　Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

　　Special Skills: Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learnfrom others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strongproblem solving skills; time management and multitasking abilities; andstrong interpersonal skills.
