　　Then come in and join our globalteam as Portfolio Solution Management – InstalledBase Development (IBD). In this role you willbe responsible for achieving PSMtargets and comprehensive market knowledge and for implementing PSM strategy as developed during Strategic BusinessPlan process.

　　Your mission andresponsibilities :

　　· Responsible for BLexisting and new product lines planning (budget) and development, with the aimto reach targets set in terms of new orders, revenue, market share andprofitability.

　　· Develops and guide theBL market and operations in Italy.

　　· Defines specificaction plans and marketing territory plan in alignment with Territory Managersto ensure new orders and revenue targets achievement.

　　· Define actions alignedwith Territory Managers to achieve CRM KPIs including market transparency andmarket share.

　　· Manage and developassigned resources.

　　· Responsible fordeployment and implementation of PSM strategy, including KOLs and ReferenceSite strategy

　　· Support Zone (Zonebusiness line manager) in all zone initiatives, including planning andproviding country market information.

　　· You’ll support field sales colleagues on MRspecialistic related aspects ensuring product knowledge and clinical advantagein assigned territories

　　Your qualifications andexperiences:

　　· At leas 5 yearsexperience as product specialist in diagnostic imaging field;

　　· Good knowledge of IVVDiagnostics Market

　　Your attributes and skills:

　　· A Bachelor s degree in biomedical engineering

　　· Good knowledge of imaging principles and technologies

　　· Excellent communication and presentation skills

　　· Leadership skills

　　· Accuracy in the use of thecompany procedures provided for the activity

　　· Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes

　　· Dynamic, with personal initiative and business driven

　　· Precise and analytical

　　· Good team player and respectful of diversity

　　· Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in afast paced environment

　　· Available to travel frenquently into the territories assigned but also atnational level

　　· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

　　· Good MS Office Package, especially Excel
