Description/Job Summary

　　Looking for a responsible Porter to maintain and oversee our facilities. The ideal candiate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will be able to maintain a large space and have a keen eye for detail while being diligent in the custodial experience.

　　Responsibilities/Duties

　　Work as directed by the client and respond to client maintence request in a timely and professional manner.

　　Strong Communication slills with property management and client experience

　　Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces

　　Sweep, mop, buff floors and vacuum carpets

　　Knowledgable about floor machines

　　Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers as well as restock disposables.

　　Wipe mirrors and windows

　　Set up items such as rain mats, chair, etc.

　　Report and major damages to supervisor

　　Work as director or other duties as assigned

　　Required Skills

　　Must be willing to work overnights - 12am - 8am

　　Proven experince as custodian, janitor or similar role

　　Knowledge of use and maintenence of industrial clearning equipment and appliances

　　Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components

　　Attention to detail and conscientiousness

　　Strong command of the English language, both writen and verbally.
