　　Position Overview

　　This is a skilled position requiring the effective management of mobile crushing operations around the state of Utah.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Oversight of production and quality from the crusher and wash plantResponsible for maintenance of crusherMust keep accurate time and material recordsWork to insure the safety of the operation and all employeesOther duties as assigned per supervisorRotating shift work and possible weekend shiftsSupervisory Responsibilities

　　Supervises 2 to 10 employees

　　Qualifications

　　To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 　　Education and/or Experience

　　High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. At least 2 years of crushing operation experience and/or equivalent of both.Language Skills

　　Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills

　　Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent, land to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability

　　Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructionsComputer Skills

　　To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have knowledge of Database software.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

　　Standard Driver's License is required.Other Skills and Abilities

　　Knowledge of different aggregatesAbility to speak a foreign language is a plusPrior management experiencePhysical Requirements
