　　Job Summary:

　　The Polska Business Program Integrator (PBPI) reports directly to the Chairman of the Raytheon Polska Board. The PBPI works closely with the Program Management Office and functional leads who are matrixed to the Polska business from their various home organizations. This position is highly visible and provides great exposure to the Polska Leadership Team’s day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. There is a strong opportunity to build product knowledge while demonstrating a high level of creativity and innovation with the broad nature of Raytheon Polska activities. This position is also closely tied to the Requirements and Capabilities team supporting customer-facing engagements and interactions. The position requires attention to detail while responding quickly to urgent, evolving business needs. The ability to develop solutions to problems with unusual complexity is critical for the role. The position serves as a development opportunity for a future program manager.

　　This is a hybrid role located in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves frequent travel and onsite presence.

　　Responsibilities to Anticipate:

　　Alignment of the leadership and program team through effective communication to facilitate team collaboration, task completion, and business cadence execution

　　Solicitation of data from multiple sources and collation into concise executive level briefings by collaborating with multiple stakeholders

　　Facilitation of organizational goal development within the CORE operating system

　　Maintain an overall awareness of the executive's business activities, anticipate the needs that are associated with each meeting / event, and preempt the needs of other parties involved in the executive's meetings

　　Development of internal and external executive communications in support of effective customer messaging and employee engagement

　　Coordination of events, site visits, and customer engagements

　　Ownership of multiple projects while simultaneously interacting with and relating to diverse groups of people and internal/external customers

　　Development of support networks to facilitate and leverage resources available within Raytheon to accomplish assigned projects

　　Promote the use of latest DT tools and environments to foster team wide collaboration, data sharing, status metrics and archiving of business critical information.

　　Participation in domestic and international business engagements with customers, partners, and teammates

　　Facilitation of capital planning to ensure Raytheon Polska investments are aligned with the priorities in the Long Range Plan

　　Co-ordinate program reviews and other Polska Program related tasks with IPT leads

　　Able to participate in special projects, embrace & execute any & all other duties as required or assigned

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 6 years experience

　　Experience in customer, project or program management

　　Must proficient in Polish and English languages

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Relevant experience with proven capability to operate in an unstructured environment

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with senior executives and senior customer leadership

　　High situational awareness with strong organizational, planning, analytical, teaming, and problem-solving skills

　　Strong desire to ultimately move into a program management role

　　Possess working knowledge of industry products and capabilities

　　Broad understanding of company structure and established Polish network

　　Ability to confidently interface and influence at all levels within the organization

　　Demonstrated success formulating impactful executive level briefs for internal, external, domestic, and international partners

　　Experience in EXIM, Global Trade, and FMS

　　Broad understanding of engineering, operations, supply chain, and program management in order to best support the SBU President, communicate business strategy with every function and SSBU leader, and drive organizational change to improve business alignment and efficiency

　　The ability to achieve the Raytheon Program Management Certification within 12 months of joining
