Description

　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Plumber Masters for projects located in the Milwaukee, WI area . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $35-40/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Plumber eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

　　Job Scope:

　　Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance troubleshoot and service of commercial and industrial plumbing and piping systems

　　Install new & replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specifications to honor manufacturers warranties

　　Install piping water lines, compressed air line, drain lines, and process piping systems in accordance with established standards

　　Maintenance and service of drain lines, leaks, back flows, hot water systems, boilers, filters, etc. for on demand and scheduled request installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softeners

　　Complete site visits, site surveys, and investigate site conditions for the purpose of estimating cost of installation and repair

　　Complete take off for labor and material needed for purpose of estimating cost of installation and repair

　　Complete documentation including but not limited to timesheets, expense reports, service reports, and purchase card logs

　　Conduct general tasks including but not limited to safety training and maintaining own tools

　　Must be well organized to keep accurate service and maintenance records and communicate effectively to determine needs

　　Follow all company safety standards and procedures

　　Requirements

　　High School Diploma or G.E.D

　　Valid driver's license

　　WI Journeyman or Master Plumbing License

　　5+ years of experience as a Plumber
