Description:

　　Operating/ line maintenance on baggers, case formers, sealers, incline conveyors, fastback conveyors, scales, Rovema vertical filler, form pouching machines, case tapers

　　Maintaining quality control verification documentation

　　Performing product change overs

　　Associated sterilizations utilizing GMPs and micro swabbing of the units

　　These roles will consist of a lengthy training period where they will be trained to operator all equipment.

　　All change overs and CIP / micro swabbing will be performed by the Operator .

　　Preventative maintenance will include lubrication of the equipment, machine set up, machine break down, change overs of the bottle sizing, labels, lids, foil wraps.

　　Operators from blending or processing background could also be a good fit as operators will pull samples for quality checks, and make adjustments based on findings (including, adjusting salt content, water content, oil content etc.)

　　Strong mechanical knowledge is a required. The goal and path for employees would be to move upward in the company. There is a lot of room for advancement

　　Shift:

　　2-2-3 Schedule.

　　ROTATE between 5am-5pm AND 5pm-5am every four months.

　　Skills:

　　case packer, bagging operator, sealer operator, troubleshoot, Rovema filler, Troubleshooting, Mechanical aptitude, Production, GMP, packaging line, packaging machine, changeovers, preventative/corrective maintenance

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　3-5 years experience working in packaging setting with troubleshooting and basic mechanical repairs on machine
