　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　Holcim US is recruiting full-time day and night shift Aggregate Plant Maintenance Technicians at the Rosser sand and gravel plant.

　　Shift differential for night shift (6 pm - 6 am). All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed, and individuals work as team members. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance & production functions of the quarry.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

　　Safely perform maintenance activities to ensure plant efficiency. Prioritize Safety, then Quality, followed by Production.

　　Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

　　Ensures a safe work environment for self and others at all times.

　　Understand and comply with Environmental Health and safety policies to ensure environmental health and safety are the priority. Actively support key safety initiatives at the facility and assist as needed to improve EHS

　　Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy, and organized at all times

　　Trains and coaches other employees when needed

　　Must be willing to work through lunch breaks or take a lunch break at staggered times as required by customer demands

　　Responsible for maintaining the plant manufacturing equipment in a state of readiness.

　　Complete work orders promptly; install, repair, and fabricate materials out of metal; ensure availability and functioning of required items; and ensure safety and resolve immediate safety concerns.

　　Perform the appropriate plant equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment.

　　Operate plant equipment as necessary to meet the needs of production.

　　Performs other duties as time permits or as assigned.

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　Required Education: High School diploma/GED

　　Other Training/Certifications Required: Maintenance experience preferred

　　Required Work Experience: 0-1 Years

　　Travel Requirements: Some travel throughout the immediate area

　　Computer and Software Skills: Basic computer skills

　　Strong welding and mechanical experience preferred

　　• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim-approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
