The Planning and Scheduling Coordinator Temp will call and email customers to relay outstanding professional learning hours available to schedule. Works closely with departments within the customer success team. 

In this role, you will: 

Provide utilization activity reports to customer success leadership 

Call customers to encourage them to schedule

Utilize multiple components of the company CRM system

Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation  

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

CRM system knowledge

Knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to work in a solution oriented, fast paced environment

Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Proactive and growth mindset

Virtual meeting software familiarity

Bonus points for:

Knowledge of Renaissance products such as Freckle, myON, Accelerated Reader, Star 360, Schoolzilla, myIGDIs

Experience working in a K-12 learning environment

Rate: $28.00 per hour

This is a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with no guarantee to go full time.
