This full-time position is responsible for managing provider recruitment from initial contact through onboarding. Opportunity Highlights : + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and position specifications. + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Review and negotiate third-party agency contracts. + Develop ad copy and contemporary sourcing strategies. + Maintain accurate records, analyze data, and prepare recruitment activity reports. + Screen applicants to confirm qualifications and evaluate suitability. + Effectively present candidates to hiring contacts. + Collaborate with Assistant Recruiter regarding on-site and virtual interview. Serve as FHPG ambassador during interviews. + Present employment offers and negotiate agreements. + Initiate, facilitate, and oversee the onboarding process; ensure each provider’s smooth transition to employment. + Attend conferences, career fairs, and other recruitment events. Occasional after-hours and weekend commitment required.
