JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sauk Prairie Healthcare is seeking a per diemphysician to join a hospitalist team of experienced physicians andadvance practice clinicians. This position will provide clinical carefor patients admitted at our hospital and provide support to oursurgical and specialty services through consultative general internalmedicine practice. The Hospitalist is also responsible for coordinatingcare for patients at discharge and facilitating hand-off to the primarycare physician.
