　　Community Physician Network is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in northeast Indianapolis, IN near the campus of Community Hospital North.

　　· Shared call schedule

　　· Ancillary support services (pharmacy, social work, nurse triage)

　　· Electronic Medical Record (Epic)

　　Licensure & Certifications

　　· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

　　· Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
