　　Techs onsite

　　Providing more than 52,000 surgical procedures annually at 8 Milwaukee hospitals

　　Procedures: OBGYN, Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Oncology, Cardiology

　　ACLS and PALS required

　　Working in multi-disciplinary hospitals across Metro Milwaukee

　　Board Eligible/Board Certified in Anesthesiology

　　Call frequency: First Call

　　In house OB for Joe's CSM - MD requirement

　　5 Fellow trained Cardiac anesthesia

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration:

　　Required Credential(s):

　　• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

　　Preferred Credential(s):

　　• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

　　Education:

　　• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
