　　Physical Therapist Assistant- SCS Home Health

　　Schedule: Full Time, Days

　　Responsible for Lewis or Pierce County

　　Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.

　　Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　1 year of experience in an acute care facility or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.

　　Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
