We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for inpatient care. This is a 13-week travel assignment in Bad Axe, Michigan, which is located at the top of the "thumb" region. Visit the Pioneer Log Cabin Village and nearby wineries. See the sites of Lake Huron with a short drive away. The schedule is 8 or 9am - 5:30pm and on call EOW. Guarantee 40 hours per week.

　　Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care.Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral.Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to: infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling.Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers.Independent delivery of therapy care.Qualifications
