　　Mercy Physical Therapy, at Rookwood Medical Center, is seeking a talented compassionate physical therapist committed to excellence. Mercy Orthopaedic and Sports Rehabilitation is the leader in evidenced-based, orthopaedic and sports medicine care. All therapists work closely with the talented orthopaedic physicians here at Mercy Health. The treatment model is impairment-based and focused on; a hands-on evidence-based care that is delivered on a one-to-one basis. Therapists are trained in the latest advanced skills including, dry needling, manual therapy and manipulative skills, evidence-based return-to-play and advanced sports medicine training. The population of focus for the orthopedic team at Mason Orthopaedic and Sports Rehabilitation is, out-patient orthopaedic along with post-surgical, spine and sports medicine. Rookwood Orthopaedic and Sports Rehabilitation works closely with many area high schools including Mariemont, Reading, St. Ursula, Deer Park and Little Miami High Schools. Mercy Health is also a provider for FC Cincinnati.

　　Specifically, you’ll need:

　　To evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy services using an impairment base approach according to the standards of practice, governing laws of the State of Ohio and facility and department policies and procedures

　　Current licensure as a physical therapist in Ohio

　　CPR certification

　　Orthopedic Certification Preferred

　　Manual Training or Certification Preferred

　　Ability to thrive in a team environment including, Physicians, PT’s, PTA’s and other rehab professionals.

　　Ability to educate patients, families, caregivers and patient treatment teams

　　Ability to manage a busy case load effectively.

　　Required Minimum Education: 4 year/Bachelor Degree

　　Specialty/Major: Physical Therapy

　　Preferred Education: Post Graduate Degree (Ph.D)

　　Specialty/Major: Doctor of Physical Therapy

　　LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated):

　　Required: Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with minimum of Bachelor’s degree. Holds a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Ohio in good standing. Maintains CPR Certification.

　　Preferred: Graduate of accredited program in Physical Therapy with Doctorate level degree. Certification in a specialty area, for example: OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health, etc.
