Physical Therapist

　　MUSTS: Skills/Educational Requirements:Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Association.Graduate from an approved school of Physical Therapy.Current BCLS certificationRotating weekends and holidays with other staff members. On callfor holidays per rotation schedule.Current Colorado P.T. license inpatient and outpatient coveragerequired.

　　SKILLS: Assessments, plans of action, treatment

　　DUTIES:Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing andadministering of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by alicensed physician.Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by areferring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disabilityfollowing injury, disease or physical disability.Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level offunctioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

　　PAY: Hourly Wage: $38.41 - $57.62 per/hour PAY: Every two weeks

　　DURATION: Perm part-Time

　　SHIFT: 20 hours per week, typically days
