Description:

　　Phlebotomist will be responsible for greeting patients as they come into the lab and then take them to the drawing chair to draw their blood. Phlebotomist is also responsible for prepping the site, handling insurance, billing and processing samples. Need to provide excellent customer service to patients.

　　MUST HAVES:

　　• 2+ year of Phlebotomy experience

　　• Experience drawing pediatrics (doesn't need to be extensive, but needs to be more than a couple times)

　　• Previous customer service experience - any setting

　　• Patient first mindset

　　• Personality fit is HUGE - must be positive, hardworking, takes initiative, and works well with others

　　• High School Diploma or GED
