Duties: The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices. Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality service and outcomes. * High School graduate or equivalent. * Knowledge of venipuncture techniques * Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude * Good keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory application and HHC computer systems * Continuous improvement mindset * Ability to handle different patient population including difficult patients. * Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills * Ability to operate required lab equipment including pneumatic tube We take great care of careers.
