Position Summary

　　Performs phlebotomy in all patient care areas. Processes Laboratory specimens for testing using Standard Precaution and maintaining positive patient identification at all times.

　　Position Requirements

　　High school diploma/GED

　　1 year experience in a hospital or large medical group practice

　　Completion of curriculum from an accredited phlebotomy program

　　Completion of a Clinical internship at a health care organization

　　PBT(ASCP) registry preferred

　　Must be flexible with work hours and shift start times
