CVS Health has an exciting opportunity in Wilkes-Barre, PA for a Warehouse Associate to be a part of our Mail Order Pharmacy team! The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner. As part of the team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experience to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting. You will make a difference by exceling in a complex, high impact dispensing role and positively impacting the lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in a concerted team effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and problem-solving skills.
As a Materials Technician working in the pharmacy, you get to perform a variety of roles including but not limited to cycle-counting of products throughout the warehouse facility, processing RGM's (Returned Goods) and the disposition of the returned material, and inventory maintenance (slotting, NDC & location changes). A successful Materials Technician in the Materials Dispensing role will need to be very detailed oriented, confident in their math skills, and possess great computer skills.
Additional responsibilities include:
Maintaining the input of all inventory received.
Assisting in the flow of inventory/purchasing processes.
Will be the internal resource for other departments regarding inventory concerns.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm
Required Qualifications Candidates must be able to:- Provide verification of high school diploma or GED- Regular and predictable attendance- Work mandatory overtime/extended work week, when needed- 3+ months of Microsoft Office experience Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of old orders, pharmaceutical drug names, NDC system and SAP.- Formal Pharmacy Technician training and/or experience- Experience in medical, fulfillment center, warehouse or healthcare environments- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED s
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $26.21
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
