Previous experience as a pharmacy tech preferred but not required. Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and compounding of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Prepare IV medications and infusions for patients in an acute care setting. Provide excellent patient care and customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication orders and patient safety.
