Pharmacy Technician – Compounding - Sterile

　　CareerStaff Unlimited is currently searching for a Pharmacy Technician inTukwila, WA.We need a full-time temp pharmacy technician towork in our staging and verification room.We would be looking for someone to fill a 4-6 month contract, Monday-Friday. In addition to our standard benefits, our Pharmacy Techs are given the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings.

　　Hourly Rate: $28

　　BENEFITS FOR A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN:

　　Monday – Friday

　　4-6 month Contract

　　40 hours per week

　　Weekly direct deposit

　　PHARMACY TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Pharmacy Technician Certification in state of practice

　　Excellent knowledge of USP 797

　　1+ years of experience

　　Must work well in team settings

　　Must be very responsible and timely

　　Ability to pick up on computer systems quickly

　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Working in the staging and verification room and it is more of a physical job, you will be on your feet all day.

　　Pulling meds from the shelf based on compound records and orders that come in throught the window.

　　Preparing the medication and supplies to go into the clean room. When they go in the clean room, everything needs to be disinfected.

　　Stocking duties that could involve lifting 25-35 lbs.

　　Minimal phone calls, but some comunication phone calls that need to happen.

　　General support for the rooms; supporting the pharmacists like taking out the trash, labeling bags, etc.

　　Knowledge of USP 797- sterlie compounding standards
