  What you will be doing

  PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Ensuring the daily receiving, and inventory control aspects of the pharmacy are maintainedReceiving: verifying all inbound shipments for drug, quantity and any shipping damageEnsure orders and quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documentsStoring of product: relating to all inbound receipts Ensure all inventory is entered into Kroll within the timelines allottedEnsuring that all receipt documentation is completed accurately, including stamping, dating, initialing, labeling as requiredShipping duties as required - act as the final check to ensure the right prescription reaches the right destination Packing and labeling of product: in accordance with cold chain requirements and Standard Operating Procedures Utilizes various carrier's software, such as FedEx, Purolator, ATS, Atripco etc.Assess suitability of packaging requirements based on medication storage requirements and shipping and weather circumstancesProduction assembly, i.e. refrigerated box assembly and frozen handlingSupplies management; monitor and replenish shipping materials as neededAssist with administrative functions i.e filing

  What your background should look like

  EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  High school diploma or equivalencyPrevious experience an asset

  MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  Must be proficient in English language (reading, written, oral and mathematics)Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbsAbility to perform repeated reaching, bending and lifting dailyAble to work in a cold environment dailyAbility to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgmentAbility to work accurately with a strong attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure in time sensitive situationsAbility to shift priorities quickly to meet deadlinesGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesIndependent worker, requiring minimal supervision; andBilingualism (French-English) is an asset
