Job Summary / Purpose
The Region Program Specialist - 340B Auditor performs ongoing internal regulatory compliance audits of all aspects of the 340B Programs within a Region including, but not limited to, split-billing, contract and specialty pharmacy to assure patient, provider, medications, and location eligibility. The scope of this position may be limited to one Region or may extend across multiple Regions depending on number of covered entities and complexities.
The Region Program Specialist - 340B Audit may participate in multiple simultaneous 340B Program work groups and implementation teams as needed to ensure compliance and consistency through audit and review of the 340B Program.
The role will be guided by the System 340B Operations team with a direct reporting relationship to the Region Manager – Pharmacy 340B Program and close working relationships with the Region 340B Operations Teams and other Region Program Specialist – 340B Audit.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Conducts routine internal integrity audits to ensure adherence to 340B regulatory requirements and guidelines, including but not limited to, validating patient, provider, medication, and location eligibility. Audits will span across split billing (outpatient), contract and specialty pharmacy environments within the Region.
Participates in work groups and offers contributions and recommendations to improve processes, procedures, quality, consistency, and compliance of the 340B Program at the system, Region, and covered-entity levels, as needed.
Supports external audits (including Third Party, HRSA and/or manufacturer), as needed.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; business management (finance, accounting); or information technology preferred (Suitable work experience may substitute)
Minimum 2 years healthcare experience required
Minimum 1 year 340B Program experience required and 340Bintegrated solutions experience preferred (e.g., PSG, Sentry, Macro Helix, Wellpartner)
Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge with auditing data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions required
Experience with EPIC, Cerner, and/or Meditech preferred
Certified pharmacy technician and/or 340B Apexus Certification are strongly preferred.
Pay Range
$17.93 - $24.66 /hour
