　　We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

　　Pharmacy is located in Life Skills at 380 Suwannee Trail, Suite 109, Bowling Green, KY

　　Schedule - Flexible part time schedule during the Monday - Friday 8am-5pm work week

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners Provides information to customers about medications and their use Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Fully Credentialed Pharmacist in KY Certified to Immunize Willingness to train to administer Long Acting Injectables
