The Children's Home of Reading Youth and Family Services is seeking a Full Time Permanency Specialist for our Adoption Program, *servicing the Berks and surrounding counties. *Position provides SWAN adoption services to children and families preparing them for permanency.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or human services field required.Experience with children, youth and families preferred.One year verified experience in SWAN adoption work preferred.Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule.Must hold a valid PA driver's license and a good driving record, with proof of auto insurance coverage. Must hold own liability insurance.Must be at least 21 years old.Bilingual preferredAdditional Requirements: The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings
