  The Performance Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for development and management of designated accounts including finished product and feed additive formulation and quotation, technical support, specific production management and liaison with operations staff regarding customer supply. This position will support our Animal Nutrition & Health business.

  Your key responsibilities

  Managing Accounts: Establish strong customer relationships, while developing commercial opportunities and value propositions. Develop and maintain key account plans for assigned customers. Maintaining account plans and opportunity development through CRM. Setting sales forecasts and budget for assigned accounts. Commercial management and responsibility for customer quotations, pricing and submission of tenders.

  Coordinate formulation briefings, development and customer acceptance and approval. Responsible for filing of formulation and technical information/reports in accordance with existing quality system requirements.

  Co-operation and liaison with other stakeholders, e.g.: Logistics, Customer Service, Credit Management to ensure prompt and optimal service to customers (processing of orders, deliveries, debt collections).

  Market Knowledge and Insights: Keep abreast of product and technical developments within the industry, e.g.: competitor product launches, product applications, etc. Attendance at Industry events may be required, involving stakeholder engagement with customers.

  Assist the ANH management with projects, surveys, reports and various tasks as required. Keep up to date with current national and international feed regulations and pertinent to dsm-firmenich business.

  Keep up to date with formulation techniques, technical literature and new raw materials addition feasibility into feed additive for new business opportunity through attending presentations/seminars/trainings on new materials and dsm-firmenich products.

  You bring

  Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition or science or related field.

  Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Vietnam animal stockfeed, animal production, feed additive or premix industry in Vietnam, preferably in a technical or marketing role.

  Sound technical and practical understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation across various species. Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP or FAMI-QS quality systems.

  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills along with marketing skills required to form strong customer relationships. A self-driven individual that is goal-focused, whilst able to collaborate in a team and enjoys face-to-face customer interaction.

  Business level proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required to work with internal and external stakeholders.

  Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Suite Products.
