　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Our unit Agricultural Solutions Expert Services provides high-quality services to units within the Agricultural Solutions operating division of the BASF group. We are a multicultural team and our team members have diverse backgrounds ranging from chemistry to biology to data science to SCM and business management.

　　Within our unit, you will take on the disciplinary leadership of a team.

　　You are responsible for assigning work tasks, agreeing targets and regularly assessing work performance through continuous feedback.

　　Furthermore, your enthusiasm for sustainability as well as your entrepreneurial understanding, will help you to ensure excellent service delivery in your team.

　　You have a very close relationship with our internal partners in the Operating Division Agricultural Solutions as well as with other BASF units, ensuring efficient stakeholder management and clear priorities in service delivery.

　　In close cooperation with the management team, you contribute to the strategic development of the department and suppport the steering of the department through regular reporting.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　completed diploma or master's degree

　　initial professional experience as well as initial experience in employee management preferable

　　experience in agriculture is an advantage

　　know how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes

　　strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage high customer and service orientation open and motivating way of leading employees

　　BENEFITS

　　Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.

　　Gross annual salary (full-time): 63.000 - 67.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
