　　• Strong Pega Architect.

　　• Requires 7+ years of Pega development experience.

　　• Experience with Pega Framework on Marketing.

　　• Experience performing impact analysis, application development, and performance management.

　　• Ability to architect a technical solution and lead the technical team in hands-on development activities.

　　• Experience performing code reviews to ensure application quality.

　　• Ability to ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI standards and corporate standards in development activities.
