We are actively seeking an ambitious, creative and highly skilled Product Technical Insight Assistant Manager to enrich our Research and Development team in Personal Care.
As a pivotal contributor, you will not only drive innovation but also ensure the technical superiority of our products. You will be providing a critical link between the Category R&D team and the consumer, ensuring the delivery of outstanding innovations and product optimization to support the Category Innovation Portfolio and overall business growth.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Technical Assessment & Competitive Intelligence Benchmarking Analysis:
Conduct rigorous technical assessments and competitive intelligence benchmarking analyses to inform product development strategies.
Uncover product insights and transform into a creative visual story : product demonstration
Establish a relationship between technical advancements and consumer needs. Collaborate with formulation team to translate market and consumer insights into actionable technical strategies.
Optimize product formulations based on a nuanced understanding of consumer and technical insights.
Maintain a pulse on industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory developments.
Utilize consumer and product knowledge to craft compelling product claims that resonate with both regulatory requirements and consumer expectations.

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in Research and Development within the personal care industry or FMCG.
