　　Job Description

　　Job Title : PB Tech Pro X Nights 1

　　Shifts : Mon Tue Sun Week A, Mon Tue Sat Sun Week B

　　6am-6pm

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Ensure ProX equipment is running through breaks by providing technical or PB support as is required.

　　Covering unplanned absenteeism.

　　Ensure alarms are cleared and fix in a promptly manner.

　　Carry out verify set up sheet’s tasks.

　　Complete 2-hourly testing and first off’s testing when required.

　　Move parts within the cell to keep all workstations running as required.

　　Ensure spare carriers are kept in a production ready state (Tested and confirmed good).

　　Continuous Improvement: Identify and work with Engineering to implement improvement opportunities minimize waste through use of Lean and six-sigma tools.

　　Assist in carrying out the assigned daily TPM activities.

　　Own area 5S lean management.

　　Additional Responsibilities

　　Ensure all technical activities throughout each shift is well communicated to the ProX team.

　　Health & Safety: Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are fulfilled for the manufacturing process.

　　Quality: Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with the Quality standards.

　　Willing to be flexible and open to learning, and training in new processes.

　　Work with Manufacturing Technicians & Engineers in developing; trouble shooting, standardizing, and improving existing production methods/ procedures as well as other technical support activities.

　　Use of initiative to support and improve production performance through the tech PB role is also required.

　　Carry out additional technical duties in line with the tech PB role (which will be specific to your area of work) and all other duties as assigned by your Manager as per business needs.
