Description

　　Robert Half is looking for two Payroll Coordinators in Worcester, MA. These are ideal contract to hire opportunities for experienced payroll professionals to join a stable and growing team with great work/life balance.

　　The main responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator are:

　　Working on a team of 4 and reporting to a Payroll Supervisor, process payroll in ADP Workforce Now for roughly 2,400 employees across 5 East Coast States.

　　Complete time and attendance processing for hourly employees

　　Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with hourly time reporting

　　Assist with new time and attendance module roll-out

　　Perform data extraction from Retail POS system for employee hours and upload into ADP WFN

　　Assist with ad hoc payroll project work

　　Requirements

　　The main qualifications of the payroll specialist are:

　　Payroll processing experience

　　Payroll systems experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred but not required)

　　Strong Excel and Systems Skills, can work in a team environment

　　This Job Is:
