　　Payroll Manager

　　$100k - 140k + Bonus + Equity

　　San Francisco, CA

　　Remote-ish: In office once a month

　　Hi! Our client is seeking an exceptional Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to execute the entire process of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for the United States, Canada, and various other countries. Familiarity with Commissions, draws, bonuses, and Equity transaction requirements. Proficiency in generating import files (for new hires, deductions, pay data) from diverse sources and addressing import/system errors. Handle tax notices using ADP Smart Compliance, including processing amendments, tax filings, and managing pay invoices. Support activities related to Workers Comp, 401K, and financial audits as needed.

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of US, Canada and EMEA payroll

　　Must have ADP workforce Now

　　Experience with foreign currencies and FX rates

　　Must have strong excel – Pivots, lookups, sumifs

　　SaaS/Tech industry experience
