Description:

　　This person will be responsible for the below job duties:

　　Help with weekly payroll, utilize WorkDay

　　Help with office administrative office task (filing, organizing, ordering supplies, etc.)

　　Greet interviewers and badge them in when they come in

　　Help with running orientations on Mondays and Tuesdays

　　Sign guests in to building and collect badge before leaving

　　Help gather information for payroll

　　Help with tracking attendance in Excel and discipline

　　Assist with expense reports

　　Distribute office mail

　　Take inventory and order office supplies

　　Help track and run various reports in Excel such as LOA, Attendance, locker numbers, etc.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Have

　　Most recent position should be in an Administrative or Payroll role

　　Experience working within Excel sheets where they are tracking data

　　Good job tenure (no more than 3 jobs in 5 years)

　　Experience with WorkDay
