　　Our Payroll Team works closely with cross-functional partners, including Human Resources, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless payroll operations. We continuously strive to improve our processes, streamline workflows to enhance the overall payroll experience for our employees.

　　TikTok is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our EMEA team focusing on Europe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role based in London or Paris.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Managing and improving payroll operations of multiple countries in Europe.

　　2. Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.

　　3. Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc.

　　4. Partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to upgrade employee experience.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Bachelor's degree or above.

　　2. Hands-on, strong functional knowledge and a minimum of 3+ years in-house payroll operation experience.

　　3. Payroll and tax knowledge across multiple countries in Europe.

　　4. Strong vendor management and project management skills.

　　5. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.

　　6. Second language - Italian, French, Polish, Spanish, German, Russian, Swedish would be a plus.
