What would you do as a Patient Services Representative?

Check-in/Check-out patients and schedule follow up appointments.

Accurately enter patient demographic information.

Scan photo ID’s and insurance card as well as verify insurances.

Collect applicable co-pays and ensure billing information is updated.

Balance money drawers at end of day.

Maintain calm and efficient patient flow through the clinics.

This position operates in a professional office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. This position may require travel to other clinic locations based on manager discretion.

Schedule: May include nights and weekends (Saturday); typical hours of operation are 7 am – 7 pm.
