  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Scheduling Representative - Quality - 1 S ParkSt - 28837 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: 80% FTE, 24Hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday - Friday, between the hours of6:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of thedepartment. Pay: Pay starts at \$18.40 per hour, work experience that isrelevant to the position will be taken into consideration whendetermining the starting base pay. We are seeking a Patient SchedulingRepresentative to: * Schedule appointments via phone, in-person orelectronic correspondence. * Take incoming phone calls from patientsand their families to assist them with their appointment schedulingneeds. * Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule theirappointments. * Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patientsreceive appropriate care in a timely manner. Preferred Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in BusinessAdministration, Healthcare, or other related field. Work Experience:Minimum Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customerservice environment.
