Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Pathfinder Contextual Analyst to join our team as a REMOTE worker with travel likely to the Washington DC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages Pathfinder graphical design elements and related content development
Receives direction, feedback, and support from the Engagement Leader (EL) during all phases of the Pathfinder engagement process
Works closely with the Enterprise Consultant (EC) during all phases of the Pathfinder engagement process
Participates in roadmap information gathering discussions to validate understanding but does not lead the conversation
Responsible for managing a coordinated set of actions that result in measurable impacts to Pathfinder project success.
Coordinates client/account roadmap engagement activities and milestones
Manages the overall Pathfinder design and development process
Capability to interview, research and write both technical and editorial content that simplifies complexity while focusing on superior business value propositions (The Art of the Possible)
Help to maintain master data management and governance
Recommends appropriate activities to resolve performance difficulties
Basic Qualifications:
7 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of workshop facilitation and planning
Willingness to step in and give things a try without 100% scripted solutions
Ability to relate to others and leverage interpersonal skills
Expert listening skills with the ability to capture critical details from client meetings (both internal and external) and generating a thorough and instant follow-on accounting of key messages and action items.
Ability to work directly with EF and EC to interpret, synthesize and produce meaningful visual and editorial content for Pathfinder deliverables.
Deep understanding of graphics tools required to develop a client Pathfinder
Expert level achievement in either of the following skills:
1) graphic design and presentation
2) executive focused writing
Understands how to apply DL business process methodologies and supporting technologies to build a complete client Pathfinder
Is able to align client-specific business processes and technologies during the creation of Pathfinder graphical design elements
Has a general working knowledge of Enterprise Transformation best practices, tools & methodologies required to support Pathfinder engagements and roadmap development
Able to synthesize and interpret client sensitive data and develop Pathfinder solutions that completely addresses the end-in-mind with traceable artifacts and content linked through a unified message
Has a general working knowledge of methods to influence both internal and external client/account customers to shape business opportunities that are traceable to mission and business priorities
Ability to make recommendations for strategic deliverables and produce client facing content that clearly demonstrates a working knowledge of the customers business objectives, mission priorities and enterprise goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with conducting and developing strategy workshops
Scrum Master experience or certification
Secret or higher (preferred)
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearancePhysical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $94,500-$157,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
