  This opportunity entails being responsible for supporting the southeast division marketing leadership team in our Atlanta, GA office in collecting and producing all necessary information for proposal-required forms and exhibits. It will also support the business and administrative functions of the marketing department.

  This is a part-time 20 hour per week opportunity. This will be 5 days a week/4 hours a day.

  Additional Responsibilities:

  Review, produce, and compile all information required for active proposal forms (for various clients). Maintain a database of prior-requested forms for reference.

  Assist graphic designers with coordination for printed proposals and packages.

  Potential opportunity to lead organization and training for Asana workload management software.

  What You'll Do:

  Maintains data integrity and prepares division marketing reporting, including win-loss data, monthly marketing reports, and ad hoc sales analysis requests.

  Maintains and provides training on marketing related systems.

  Provides qualification/proposal development support, including leading prequalification efforts, compiling and checking information, completing forms and reports for marketing purposes,

  Supports the execution of marketing department business and administrative functions (budget reports, invoicing, expenses, etc.).

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  What You'll Need:

  High School / GED or equivalent and 3 years relevant experience​ What We Prefer:

  Possession and maintenance of a valid State of Georgia Notary Public certification

  Associate's Degree in secretarial science or office administration (Bachelor's degree preferred), and five (5) years of secretarial, office administration (preferably in a municipal environment), customer service, and/or record management experience

  Experience with Asana software, or similar workload management software.

  Proficiency in reviewing, researching, producing and compiling information required for forms and exhibits.

  Effective communication skills using verbal and written communication with the ability to adjust communication depending upon the audience. Listening to understand needs and checking for comprehension.

  Microsoft Office experience

  Compiling and analyzing data to produce reports that provide information for decision-making. Ability to manage databases.

  Following established document management and database management with an attention to detail.
