Summary
The Lease-to-Own Leader is responsible for helping to lead the Leasing team to success. This team member will ensure that customers fully understand the lease application process and the lease-to-own transaction, explaining payment options, including auto pay, and completing the lease agreement. This team member explains the value proposition of a lease-to-own transaction to customers and upholds the culture and standards of our Company. The Lease-to-Own Leader is responsible for achieving performance goals and exceeding customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Multi Store Lease-to-Own Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store and will be involved in hiring process as needed
Partner with the retail team members to provide the customer a seamless lease transaction process while delivering excellent customer service to ensure ongoing lease to own relationship and high level of customer satisfaction
Work with customers in-store and over the phone to help determine their approved leasing amount and close the transaction
Ensure that accurate customer record(s) are entered and maintained in the Company’s computer system(s).
Confirm customer identification, collect applicable payments, and obtains customer signature on lease agreement
Complete quality control calls on all new lease agreements personally facilitated within 1 business day of the close
Handle escalated customer service opportunities across the team, including review of customer opportunities with Lease to Own Agents
File and maintain accurate and complete customer records
Exemplify Company compliance requirements. Maintain the highest level of compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of supervisory experience or progressing level of responsibility required
Some prior management experience preferred
4 years of customer service experience required
Required Skills and Competencies
Proven track record in achieving sales goals
Strong sales skills both on the showroom floor and over the phone
High energy with the ability to effectively perform all sales and other business functions
Excellent interpersonal skills are required
Strong organizational skills
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient computer skills
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage a team.
Uphold the Company’s brand and protect company assets
