　　Job duties:

　　Demonstrate basic welding skills for our Rail Car Repairer/Carman Welding studentsFollow all safety and OSHA regulations and protocolsSupervise multiple students on a daily basisMonitor and document student progressMaintain an orderly safe and productive shop/classroomClassroom substitute teaching in multiple areas as needed (keyboarding, mathematics, business communications, transportation courses)Assist students in job search area (resume building, interviewing skills)An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications/skills:

　　Are open to and feel comfortable working with young adults ages 18-24Proficient welding experience as a journeyman, apprentice, carman or related statusExperience in the transportation industry - railroad experience preferredHigh School Diploma - MandatoryCollege Degree - Preferred or applicable experience acceptedTCU/IAM Training Services Department is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
