Robert Half is working with a respected client in the Beverly, MA area seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its team. This is a permanent role, offering around 30 hours/week, paying around $30/hour. This would be an ideal role for someone living on the North Shore, looking for a role that offers work/life balance.

This role will primarily focus on accounts receivable responsibilities, and ensuring that payments are made to the business on time, This Accounts Receivable Clerk will handle some basic reconciliations, and will work closely in managing vendor relationships.

Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

Analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

Deep understanding of billing

Expertise in Collections

Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

Proficient in ERP systems

Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
