About Parts Counter Representative

  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Our Parts Counter Representatives assistboth internal and external customers with solutions for their truckingneeds. With opportunities from Entry Level to Experienced, this role isdesigned for a motivated and career-minded individual who wants thepotential to earn more with the increase of knowledge andresponsibility. Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Saturdays asneeded Pay: \$20-26/hr, (depending on experience) Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service for our retailparts business. Greet customers and assist in parts selection. Answerquestions, provide price quotes, inform of companion part requirementsand specials in-person and over the phone. Keep customers informed onstatus of special order and back-order parts. Receive, locate, bill andfulfill orders. Handle customer returns. Deliver exceptional customerservice to our Service department. Assist mechanics with acquiringparts. Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs. Helpcontrol and maintain inventory. All other duties as assigned. Anindividual in this position must be able to successfully perform theessential duties and responsibilities listed above.
