Division:CRST Equipment Solutions is our sales and service division. Job Title:Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:The Parts Coordinator is a major piece to our Parts Department as they will work closely with the Parts Manager, assisting with daily operations.
Job Schedule:Monday-Friday (2:00 PM-10:30 PM)
Compensation:The pay range for this position is $17.78-26.71/hr. Starting Wages (Paid Bi-Weekly) *A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Day in the Job Preview:As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Parts Department by conducting daily cycle counts, collaborating with mechanics for equipment repairs, managing warranty parts scrapping, receiving stock orders, and supporting quarterly inventory audits to maintain precise and organized parts operations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Performing daily cycle counts, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining well-organized parts shelves.
Collaborating with mechanics to identify and provide the correct parts necessary for the repair of CRST equipment.
Performing weekly purges of warranty parts authorized for scrapping by the Warranty Department.
Assisting the Parts Manager in receiving stock orders, which involves meticulous counting and organizing parts in their designated bin locations.
Supporting quarterly parts inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
J ob Requirements:
Successful completion of a CRST background check and drug screen is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Must be physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs. daily.
Industry parts management experience is preferred.
Experience with cycle counts and stocking inventory is preferred.
Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack operations (can be taught and certified but must be willing) is preferred.
Possessing general mechanic skills is preferred.
