Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Part Time Office Clerk position .
Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Hire
Start Date: Within one week.
Location: Intersect of Wall Road and Ivey Ridge Apartments Drive in Mars Hill, NC. Please make sure this drive works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $17.00 to $ 17.00/hr
Length: Long Term - Temp to Hire for the right person
Hours : 8:30am to 5:00pm working approximately 20hrs per week. Schedule is flexible within those hours.
Responsibilities for the Part Time Office Clerk role include:
Answering incoming calls professionally.
Filing office documents accurately.
Working with clients to correctly complete applications.
Patiently answering questions.
Collecting payments.
Assist with maintaining a neat office space.
Qualifications for this Part Time Office Clerk role:
Completed High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year of office experience.
Experience entering data into computer system.
Ability to sit and stand comfortably.
Must be able to work full-time hours.
Must have excellent attendance.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
