　　SUMMARY:

　　Candidates must be local to the Manassas, VA area as the position is an onsite position.

　　Requires a self-starter and able to work independently.

　　Must be able to follow work instructions and/or procedures.

　　Strong attention to detail and use of fine motor skills are needed.

　　Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills required.

　　Being committed to teamwork and having excellent interpersonal communication skills required

　　Ability to define and communicate problems verbally and in writing.

　　Ability to follow all safety procedures including the use of protective equipment.

　　Contributes to a positive team culture by building effective relationships with others, contributing to Operations Excellence Teams (OETs), and being accountable for assigned tasks.

　　Experience with detailed painting aircraft or automobiles is required.

　　A candidate with military experience is highly desired.
