**[PAINTER JOB DESCRIPTION

　　**[Duties:[- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks- Apply primer and paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

　　**[Qualifications:[- Previous experience as a painter or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials- Familiarity with basic math for measuring and calculating paint quantities- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for surface preparation- Understanding of color theory and ability to create harmonious color schemes- Basic knowledge of drywall repair, frame carpentry, masonry, and fixture installation is a plus- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as required[Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
