We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our overnight team at VCA Loomis Basin Veterinary Clinic. Compensation is dependent upon experience.

　　We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

　　As the face of VCA, the CSR sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

　　Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms

　　Scheduling and confirming appointments

　　Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients

　　Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments

　　During our overnight shifts, clients are often feeling a mix of fear, sorrow, and stress. Qualified candidates will be empathetic and able to walk through these difficult times with our clients to help their pet get the best care they can. Candidates are expected to have strong customer service skills to handle emotionally-charged situations with compassion and understanding. Our overnight team is an extremely compassionate group of individuals who all help one another tend to our patients. The CSR will be an addition to this team to continue that work upon check-in and check-out and will often be a support for our clients.
